Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. Loved that they offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. The hotel has a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, even though it was a bit chilly in December.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. The noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night, even with earplugs. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was just okay. We ended up finding better meals at nearby restaurants.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The Spa center and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxation. The attentive service made me feel pampered. The in-room breakfast was a wonderful start to each day and the bar/lounge area had fantastic drinks.
The only minor issue I had was with the bed size in my room. It was a bit smaller than I expected. However, the private facilities and exclusive advantages more than made up for it. this hotel offered an unforgettable luxurious experience with exceptional service and exclusive amenities.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of food options. Also, the location was very convenient for exploring the city and visiting local attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise level was unbearable due to ongoing construction works during our Christmas stay. Moreover, the room was quite small and lacked sufficient storage space. The bathroom was also quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I would not recommend staying here until the construction is finished.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by providing luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The spa and wellness center was a highlight of my stay, with a relaxing sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast and a wide range of bar and lounge options. The private facilities made my stay even more exclusive, and the location was conveniently located near a shopping center.
The only minor issue I experienced was a lack of communication regarding the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed for a private event, but I was not informed beforehand. However, this did not greatly impact my overall positive experience at the hotel. I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great complementary breakfast and nice pool area, conveniently located near a mall with restaurants.
Room was noisy at night, and the staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating when we requested a quiet room.

The room is beautiful, the staff is friendly, good location, comfortable, clean, and has a delicious breakfast.
You offered me a price. Which you charged me more for and that really pissed me off. Plus I had to pay for breakfast on the side every day and canceled. The hotel cashier swallowed my card. I asked them to help me and they didn't. It cost me a lot of money to pay for the taxi that was waiting outside for more than half an hour. They told me that the bank of Chile had to solve the card problem. Which the bank had to do. The ATM was in the hotel the next day no one cared about me without breakfast or lunch and very sadly they went to the piles on vacation and I still had two days to come from there to tell everything bad they distrusted me. They told me that I had no balance. They told me that I had no balance and that I was lying when I traveled with 2000 dollars plus 800 soles and dollars in bills that I had already spent. And a fair explanation why I paid more for the hotel thanks to the first time I traveled to Peru and I'm alone I have no husband to defend me.

The hotel overcharged me through the following way. 1. through the Booked.net the reservation price is denominated by US dollars. In my case, it was 165+10% tax = 181 dollars 2. If you pay by credit card when checking out, the hotel will charge you by Peruvian Nuevo Sol with terrible exchange rate. In my case, it was 181*2.85=515 Peruvian Nuevo Sol, while the exchange rate should be around 2.5. In the end, I need to paid more than US 200 dollars. 3. Just to be aware of this.
